WELCOME NEW JERSEY MEMBERS!
ICCA NYC-Metro welcomes Northern New Jersey Chapter members to our joint meeting this month. We’re looking forward to meeting you and learning about your businesses. And we’re happy to extend our chapter member meeting rates to your group.

In today's competitive business environment, it takes more than technical know-how to give you an edge.
  • Are you working hard, but struggling to take your business or career to the next level?
  • Unsure what to do next?
  • Or, you know what to do but feel immobilized?

One possibility: It’s a lack of experience, training or knowledge. A second possibility: You already have experience, training and knowledge but you’re experiencing a roadblock. In sports, we call it "a slump." In business, there’s often no allowance for this. You and others are baffled. You’re simply told to get the problem solved. And it usually doesn’t go away by itself.

If you're facing any of the above issues or curious about the role of psychology in business, put ICCA's next event in your calendar today. Dr. Schaefer will address the eight keys to a competitive edge in business and draw parallels to his work with top athletes and the mental preparation they require for peak performance.
