Where were you (and your clients) when the lights went out?

Did you have a disaster recovery plan in place for your clients?

For those who were prepared and for those who needed a hand in disaster recovery planning, we'll hear how the NYPD E-911 System handles 99.999% (5, 9's) reliability from member Fred Goldberg who worked on that system, and what you should know about:

  • Backups
  • Redundancy
  • Disaster Recovery Plans
  • Much more (such as physical safety, and how much of all this is enough)
